Meet the Team

Bob Fuhs

Bob spent 26 years with one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world, having led high-performing teams in North America, South America, and Europe. He brings a passion for developing leaders who communicate effectively and use their gifts and talents to make a positive impact on the world. As a consultant and coach, he has worked with college students, professors, military personnel, executives, and entrepreneurs. He has developed a number of tools and resources that have been used to develop leaders all over the world and has spoken to groups in size ranging from 5 to 5,000.

Bob has a Masters in Leadership Development, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development, and an undergraduate degree in Communication. As an adjunct faculty at Azusa Pacific University and an instructor for the Department of Continuing Education for UC Irvine, he teaches courses in leadership and communication for corporate clients, and both graduate and undergraduate students. He is certified to facilitate a number of assessment tools, including Core Strengths/ SDI 2.0, MBTI, Strengths Finder, and DiSC. As an interesting aside, he has also done work as a voice actor for the Walt Disney Company.
