I’ve invited over 63 different lecturers, faculty, and facilitators, to work with our Navy Seals and Special Operation Forces. We received some of the highest and most positive survey responses from Elise’s course in our history. Her facilitation expertise and methods are superior and very hard to come by. Elise led us through the Core Strengths training. The biggest value was learning about the difference between how people are motivated. I have found coaching with Elise to be very valuable.
