Wendy Menig

Wendy has spent 20 years with a global nonprofit focused on building highly effective teams and leaders and developing emerging leaders to realize their potential. Leveraging her coaching and consulting experience, Wendy co-founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people move from frustration and stagnation to lives of purpose, meaning, and impact. She is intentional in helping leaders and teams improve communication that fosters collaboration, builds trust, and aligns organizational goals.

Wendy has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is certified in Core Strengths/SDI 2.0 and The 4 Disciplines of Execution.

She has been married for 30 years and has 3 adult children. She lives in San Diego, where she loves to hike with her husband and two dogs.
