There is a direct correlation between your ability to influence and the quality of relationship with those you lead. 

Emotional Intelligence provides a clear framework for the relationship-building skills needed to cultivate the kind of influence that leads to true commitment, versus mere compliance. There are 26 skills that fit under the four main categories of: (1) Self-Awareness (2) Self-Management  (3) Social Awareness and (4) Relationship Management. 

Leading with Emotional Intelligence is a series of three online courses designed to build upon one another. Each course includes video teaching and downloadable mastery guides with exercises and practical action steps. All 26 skills are covered at the completion of the three course series.
